Insurance Claims
When we work with your insurance company on your behalf, you authorize us to communicate with your insurance carrier, submit documentation, and coordinate the claims process. You remain responsible for any costs not covered by your insurance policy, including deductibles.
Payment Terms
Payment terms vary based on the nature of the work:
- Insurance Claims: We can often bill your insurance company directly. You are responsible for your deductible and any non-covered costs.
- Non-Insurance Work: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing.
- Large Projects: May require progress payments as outlined in your service agreement.
Property Access
By engaging our services, you grant us access to the affected areas of your property as needed to perform restoration work. You agree to remove or secure personal belongings and valuables from work areas, or authorize us to move items as necessary.
Customer Responsibilities
As our customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the damage and its cause
- Notify us of any known hazards on your property
- Maintain reasonable access to the work area
- Notify your insurance company of the damage in a timely manner
- Review and sign required documentation promptly
Warranty
We stand behind our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our restoration work, please contact us within 30 days of project completion, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by others, or damage that occurs after our work is complete due to factors outside our control.
